A small version of Ming-style compound cabinet, square-corner form with well-balanced structure, the small case / trunk seated on the top of the regular cabinet containing two removable interior shelves, the doors surfaced with rattan and decorated with hand-incised moon-style brass fittings, rattan decoration also on the front of two drawers to the lower level of the cabinet, overall painted with reddish-brown (rosewood) finish revealing attractive wooden grain
